When do my benefits go live?

After signing up for Give Virtual Care there is a short period of time before your benefits are active.

• For Personal Accounts: If you’re paying for your benefits directly, please allow up to 7 days after signing up for your account for benefit activation. 
• For Employer-Provided Accounts: If your employer/association is paying for your benefits, your benefits will go live dependent on when your account was registered. Employees enrolled before the 15th of the month go live the first week of the following month. Employees that are onboarded after the 15th will have to wait up to 45 days for benefit activation.
